• You will receive an email with the voucher. Please check and keep it.

Notice

• If an Alphard is not available, a jumbo taxi may be arranged even for 1 guest.
• Total duration is approximately 7.5 hours.
• After lunch, you may have time for the hot spring, but please be punctual for the scheduled departure time. Please bring your own towel.
• The My Chopsticks workshop uses sandpaper and a branding iron. Please take care to avoid dust getting into your eyes/airways and to prevent burns or other injuries.
• Dolphin cruise notes:
  • Before boarding, we must confirm your name and age, and (for non-Japanese nationals) your passport number for the passenger manifest.
  • Life jackets are required on board.
  • If you are prone to seasickness, please take motion-sickness medication before boarding.
  • Even in rain, the boat will depart as long as sea conditions are safe (waves are not too high).
  • Depending on sea conditions, pregnant guests, elderly guests, small children, or guests who are unwell may be asked not to participate.
  • Please prepare appropriate clothing: sun protection in summer (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, towel, etc.) and warm layers in winter (down jacket, knit cap, gloves, scarf, earmuffs, etc.).
  • If sea conditions change suddenly, the cruise may be cancelled for safety even just before departure.
  • If cancelled, the tour will switch to the My Chopsticks workshop or an alternative Unzen sightseeing plan. No refund is provided for the dolphin-watching portion.
  • As dolphins are wild animals, sightings are not guaranteed.
• Booking deadline: 5 days before the departure date.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
• Vehicle options: Standard taxi (up to 2 guests), Alphard (up to 4 guests), Jumbo taxi (up to 8 guests).
• Overtime (on-site payment): per 30 minutes — Standard taxi: ¥2,630/vehicle; Large taxi (Alphard/Jumbo): ¥3,880/vehicle.
• Cancellation fees:
  • 20%: 10–8 days before the tour date
  • 30%: 7–2 days before
  • 40%: 1 day before
  • 50%: on the day
  • 100%: no-show after the tour starts (without notice)
