- Steam-oven cooking experience:
- Please follow the facility staff’s guidance and instructions at all times.
- During cooking, take care to avoid injuries and burns and use the facilities safely.
- When removing finished food—especially when opening the lid—beware of hot steam.
- Minimum participants: 1 guest.
- Vehicle options: Standard taxi (up to 2 guests), Alphard (up to 4 guests), Jumbo taxi (up to 8 guests).
- Overtime (on-site payment): per 30 minutes — Standard taxi: ¥2,630/vehicle; Large taxi (Alphard/Jumbo): ¥3,880/vehicle.
- Cancellation fees:
- 20%: 10–8 days before the tour date
- 30%: 7–2 days before
- 40%: 1 day before
- 50%: on the day
- 100%: no-show after the tour starts (without notice)
